| This makes no sense. I had no problem with our Vista laptop but with our new desktop that also has Vista Home Premium, I am unable to CHANGE? passowrd. When I click Create A New Password, a message pops up saying "Windows cannot change password" -There is no password to change! | Guest

| Okay, So I just got a new PC running Vista Home Premium x64. i had th same exact problem as this dude. What I did to solve it was create another administrator account which I then used to create/change th password on the original account. Hope this helps someone -- Majt | Guest
