Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows

"Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows" is the message I get when I insert a DVD-R (in DVD-Rom) and double click it or explore it. I don't have any other problems mentioned in previous threads concerning this subject. All I know for sure is that this DVD-R was written with Nero 6 and I can read it in other PCs.

Please Help.
