Windows Defender Will not update

I just upgraded all of our computer from MS Anti-spyware to Windows
Defender. Of the 30 some computers only one will not do the defender update.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.

Could someone direct me to the proper newsgroup for this program?
