windows doesn't show my DVD or CDRW drives

DVD/CD-ROM drives

"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or damaged. (Code 19)"

Now, windows doesn't recognize my DVD or my CDRW drives,
both with this message.
