Windows enstall stops

I am enstalling Windows XP Home on A new sys. ASUS A7N8X
Deluxe,DDR2700/256mb, 2000 Athlon XP, MSI MX440SE-T 64MB
DDR, I partitioned and formated with Matox MaxBlast3 CD,
then installed Windows CD and rebooted everything goes ok
untill I get to ULEA agreement page, I press F8 to agree
and it's like it does not reconize the F8 key, I can
still scroll up down back esc, but it won't let me agree.
Any Idea's???????????

If your computer has an "F Lock" key, press it, then press F8.
