Windows Experience Index BSOD

re-installs and driver updates, but I'm still having the same issue. When I
am completing the installation, Windows gets a blue screen when it is
checking my system performance. It reboots, makes me create another
username, computer name, etc (even though it saves the first one), and then
boots normally into the OS. At the same point everytime I try to run the
Performance Analyzer (about halfway in the Windows Media section) my monitor
goes blank, while my HDD and processor crank for a few more minutes, then I
get the same blue screen for about 2 seconds, and the computer restarts. As
far as I can tell, nothing else is wrong. I can still run Aero just fine,
and haven't had any other errors.
The Blue Screen is up so shortly that I don't have much time to read it, but
its something along the lines of video hardware failure, and that it timed
out. It is a "KernelLiveEvent" error. Any help would be great!
Here are my specs:
Athlon XP 3800+ Manchester
1 GB DDR RAM
BFG Tech GeForce 6200 OC
XP Pro / Vista RC1 Dual Boot
Thanks in advance!
