| I can successfully run most of my programs using 'run as Administrator' the only one that just does not fire up ( nor allow me to change it's startup in proerties) is Explorer.exe given the hassle with permissions I reckon the only way to be able to do what you want , copy what you want and generally run as if you were the true admin that you know you are is to run Windows Explorer as admin every time..but it just does not work...just does nothing..Anyone else getting this? | Guest
