Windows Firewall: almost all ports are closed but not stealthed!

Posted: 06-11-2006, 06:22 PM
Today I've installed Windows Vista beta 2; Windows Firewall is on by default
and this is ok, but
Almost all the ports are *closed* but *not stealthed* and this is not so
safe. Please make all ports stealthed!

Why would you want to a Vista machine on the network without a good
"firewall" in front of it like a router?

I would never put any machine with just a firewall on it.
