windows games reversi, etc...

Hi,

who can help me and tell why (I am running windows sp2) I cannot
play all the "standards" games on the web (backgamon, hearts, spades,
reversi, etc...)
For each of them when I try to start I got the same error message (it
is a translation
as I am running a french release)

"Hearts cannot start. Close some programs and try again or try to
install again ...."

Thank you for your help or advice to reinstall the games (from a site
on the web)
