Windows Installer Error

Hello,

I installed Windows XP yesterday on my home computer and
have continuously recieved similar errors over and over
again. I recieve the following error:

Windows Installer
The feature you are trying to use is on a network
resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or
enter an alternate path to a folder containing the
installation package MsnMsgs.msi in the box below:
C:\Windows\Temp\IXP000.tmp\

This comes up whenever I try to use MSN Messenger with my
hotmail account. What is this? And how do I fix it?
