windows installer package error (error code 1721)

hai,

iam having a proble in installing biologon software in by XPE SP2 image,
when biologon start installing it displays a error message .

" there is a problem with windows installer package. A program
required for this install to complete could not be run. contact your support
personal or package vendure". any one help me to solve this problem.

I don't have an idea what the "biologon" is (although it sounds interesting). But I assume that the installer works fine on XP Pro,
right?

You have good tools to figure out what's missing from your image: Dependency Walker, FileMon/RegMon (www.sysinternals.com),
RegSnap/Inctrl5.

KM,

yes, installer works properly in XP pro, could u tell me how to find the
missing files in my configuration using Filemon/regmon.

You just have to monitor the installation of the package on XP Pro or XPe runtime with Filemon and Regmon tools.
