Default windows live messenger

I can not open my windows live messenger. All it gives me is a message
saying: Windows live messenger is not working. What do I do?

Tried uninstalling via Control Panel, Add/Remove and then reboot and go to
the website, http://ideas.live.com/ and download the latest version?

Default Windows Live Messenger

Today I attemped to download "Windows Live Messenger". During the
installation process of the Live Messenger, I received notice that I will
need the newer version of "Adobe Flash Player". (I believe it is version
7.0). Download button for the Adobe Flash Player appeard. I clicked on it
to complete the download, , the program is acting like it is downloading
Adobe, Program is then telling me to restart my computer for the adobe to
become active. I do so , and then I go thrue the same hocus pocus again. It
appears I am unable to download the requested file. Heeeellllp. Thanks

Helga

Not sure what your point is, but this newsgroup doesn't
deal with MSN/Messenger issues.
