Windows Logo+E key combo has stopped working

Does anyone know what would make the Windows Logo Key +E
combination (to start Windows Explorer) stop working, and
how to get it working again? All the other Logo Key
combinations work normally. Can't think of anything I've
changed in my setup that might account for the problem.
