windows mail and the dreaded top posting

Posted: 10-19-2006, 09:12 AM
Hi,

is it possible to somehow change windows mail to create replies without top
posting
but commenting under the quoted text? I write messages in HTML and when I
reply
to a message I can't really write underneath the text (there's also this
black line)

Any ideas?
I wish windows mail had conformed to this sort-of-a-standard and stop making
people
top post all the time.
