Windows Mail not sending/receiving mail

I have sancharnet account. I have configured the windows mail but not able to
send or receive mail. kindly help me out. I get following message

The host 'nmra.sancharnet.in' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'ghghgh', Account: 'Dental College', Server: 'nmra.sancharnet.in',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 11001, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0D

The host 'nmma.sancharnet.in' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'Dental College', Server: 'nmma.sancharnet.in', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
