Windows Mail - Slow Downloads?

This was happening to me and I noticed it was checking mail I set to leave
on the server, as those file accumulated Win Mail got slower. I went to the
web mail and deleted them off the server and it corrected it. I periodically
go and delete them or it happens again. You may want to check your server
(web mail) for "Bulk" or "Spam" messages and delete them.

I'll try these things...it may be virus scanning as it does do a check.

Thanks Steve...this was the problem, as the mail was being recived and sent,
it was constantly checking causing a HUGE slow-down.
