windows mail A-Virus scan certs @ end of emails missing

Posted: 06-04-2007, 12:18 AM
Hi, I had a problem with my AV - AVG free, it is working fine now apart from
I do not have certificates at the end of incoming and out going emails
telling me that they had been scanned for viruses. I do get these
certificates if I use Outlook Express 2003 and my Hotmail account. Could any
one tell me how to change the settings so that these certificates show on
incoming and outgoing emails in Windows mail. Windows mail is my prefered
choice. Thank you in advance

Those 'certificates' annoy the cr*p out of me and probably
most of your correspondents. Email should be clean and
to the point. Don't clutter it up with pretentious 'certificates'.

Thanks Gary, it is sorted now anyway. Basically I had a problem with my
anti-virus but all is well and good again
