Windows Media 9, not recognizing XP interface!!!!!!!

Why is Windows Media 9 not recognizing the XP interface?
And what is being done to fix this problem. Everytime
you guys put out a so called "updated" windows media
version I have MAJOR problems doing simple tasks in the
program!!!!

I'm unfamiliar what would constitute this "XP interface" that WMP doesn't
recognize? Could you clarify what error you're getting?

WMP9 series broke all download records for end-users.
The top audio,and video mfg. cant say enough good things
about it,maybe useing the HELP utility will solve youre
minor problems.

yes, try help first, or the media 9 help. ya might wanta
try downloading it again. don't have anything else
running when you do. even virus stuff.
