Windows Media Player 10 Sync

Do you know if you are using manager firmware or ums: to upgrade to the ums
you have to have the manager software installed that came with the player and
then go to the i river website and download new firmware for your player to
work with the windows operating system properly Have you got the latest
firmware? if not maybe this will solve your problem......hope this helped you
and if not try asking iriver they might know, they take a while to answer e
mails though so don hold your breath......
