1)when i installed it it had an issue with keeping the playlist. when ever i
restarted the media player i had to reload the playlist. y is this?

2) since i hated it so much, i uninstalled it and when back to version 10 of
windows media player. but when i started up the media player a feature from
v11 was still there. i like to use the revert skin. in v11 the player
becomes translucent when you take the mouse off of the player. (i hate it.)
for some reason this feature remained after i uninstalled v11. can anyone
please help me fix this issue?
