Windows Media Player 9 - hey what happened to the info?

Hello all,
I am trying to figure out what on earth happened to
the "find album info" facility on the player. No matter
what I do, nothing seems to work. My internet connection
seems to be in order but all I get is the "this page can
not be displayed" screen instead of the AMG site. If you
have any ideas please let me know what I should do.

Hi, Did you go to options, then Media library and click
retrieve media from internet option?
