Window's Meida Player

Hello,

My Window's Media Player 9 can no longer produce sound. I
tried to play a video on it, and the picture shows up,
but no sound. Same thing happens when I play a CD or MP3,
it shows that it's playing, but no sound. I know my sound
is working fine b/c I use Winamp for my other music and
everything is working. I tried to re-install Media Player
but it didn't help. Any ideas or help would be great!
