Windows Mobile Ctr. Error

When I try to download the Windows Mobile Ctr. I get the error message:

could not write value CLSID to
key/SOFTWARE\Microsoft\InternetExplorerExtensions\2EAF 5BB1-070F-11DS-930
7-00C04FAE2D4F

I tried downloading the earlier version and get the same thing.

Any suggestions?
