Windows Movie Maker not starting

Posted: 08-11-2004, 12:33 AM
Hi~

I downloaded Windows Movie Maker about a month back and created two movies
using it. The other day I finally was able to burn one of them using MyDVD
and wanted to burn the second one as well. But when I went to open the
project file to convert it to a video file (I'm not sure if that is the
correct term...) the file would not open. Neither would the Windows Movie
Maker program.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Help me, I'm a bit confused.

If you couldn't open Movie Maker, how do you know the project file wouldn't
open, as you can only open a project file after Movie Maker is open.

Did you get any error messages when you tried to open Movie Maker or the
project file?

OK, sounds like the MM2 issue, not the project file. Start with
reinstalling MM2 right over the existing installation.
