Windows-MSN Internet Explorer completely blanking Page.

Each time I use IE to take me out to the web I find
myself flooded with Pop-ups. I immediately close the
page . But instead of reaching my desktop I get a blank
screen with Windows -Microsoft Internet Explorer hidden
in the darkened bottom portion of the screen. This is a
continuous action.

Try the FREE Google tool bar. It has a pop up blocker
that works pretty good. Then you shoul'nt have to close
it.
