| I have attempted to install Windows OneCare Live 1.5 Beta, however the status of the program dictates that my PC is at risk, telling me that I urgently need to connect to the internet in order to complete the installation. One selecting the Complete Installation button offered by the program I am presented with a dialog box which reads... "OneCare cannot complete the installation at this time because of a problem connecting to the service. Please check your Internet connection, wait a while, and then try again. If the problem persiss, contact support." I have tried the support route, however the online systems will not automatically recognise the PID reference and goes on to tell me that it is invalid if I enter it manually and then I cannot continue. Any suggestions are appreciated. Regards Toby Williams | Guest
