Windows remembering searches

Posted: 09-07-2004, 05:16 AM
My computer crashed recently and when I restored the
system I haven't been able to figure out how to have my
searches remembered in the search boxes on websites. I
have checked the auto complete box but this didn't seem to
help. It does remember website addresses in the address
box but not the searches in the search boxes such as
google. I used to be able to to double click in the search
box and all the past searches would come up. Does anyone
have any thoughts on this?
