Windows Server 2003 running Counter Strike Dedicated Server!!!

I have Windows Server 2003 with the standard instillation not a great system
but it does the job that my network needs.
Until i wanted to setup a Counter Strike Dedicated Server . I have
installed the software (not beta) installs ok. But very soon after the
server starts is makes my system reset and dont know why. Have try running
compatability mode so its starts as a windows 98/2000/xp setup but doesnt
help!

Any ideas.
