Windows Time Syncronization

I had a clean install of WindowsXP SP2.
It's on a workgroup and have network settings from a Win2000 DHCP, uses 2 MS
DNS's, and a Gateway from Novell. Internet Time is disabled. If a set up a
wrong time, after logon it become correct. All workstations in my network
have that time. From Where they are becoming syncronized?

Our inventory agent deployed by our help desk department was configured to
sync time with our inventory server! Argh... Have solved the problem!
