Windows update list won't display in right frame--frame repeats search for updat

From time to time when I access the windows update site,
it searches for needed updates, lists them in the left
frame and invites me to click a heading for a list of
available drivers or updates.

When I click it, the right frame displays a NEW search
page, NOT the list of updates--thus cascading the search
to increasingly redundant frames. Any obvious fix for
this? How can I make the javascript display the list of
updates instead of another search for updates page?
