Windows Vista freezing in crcdisk.sys

I have a trouble whith installation Vista b2/RC1/RC2 (b1 was installed
normally). When booting from Vista, boot files copied and after that system
"freezing" for a long time (about 5 mintes). Аfter that SetUp process was
continued and Windows installed. But every time this problem repeating(system
"freezing" for a long time (about 5 mintes) after Windows booting and work
normally).
When booting in safe mode - I sow that system freezing during loading
CRCdisk.sys
What is cause of this trouble??
Configuration of my PC is: AMD 64x2 3800+/MB ASUS M2N-E/1024MB RAM/HDD
-250GB Seagate 7200.10 SATA/GF 7600GT.
