Windows Vista Home Premium Cannot use sleep setting

When I go to the sleep mode the Computer and monitor go into power save mode
but when I hit the power button to go to the operational mode nothing
happens. I have to unplug the commputer and then power up. If I power off
entirely without going to the sleep mode and boot up as usual it works fine.

I'd suggest checking the settings in your BIOS that let you resume from
sleep. Also try updating your video drivers as they will sometimes cause
this sort of problem.
