I am using my neighbours high speed internet

There were only 100,000 downloads available, they might have closed down
the download by now. You'll have to wait a few weeks until RC1 is
released and try again.

please? Does anyone know when the next batch of downloads will be available?

They stopped giving the link to download, but the original link should still
work:
