Default Windows Vista and SBS 2003 Networks

I just added (3) computer to my SBS 2003 Network that has the latest SP1
patch. When i log onto the desktop with the users. It doesn't migrate over
there old desktop icons like it did in Windows XP. Why is that and how can i
get this feature back.
