Windows XP collasped after power system fail down

Dear friends :

I'm using newsgroups for the first time in my life
because the connection to it was forbiden and prevented
before in the time of the x-regiom . I'm sending from
Baghdad - Iraq and I hope that would pay a lot of
attention to my problem .

Due to power failure (which is something we used to those
days) , my (Windows XP Pro) correpted , next time I ran
the PC the windows showed a message telling me that
smoething wrong had occurd and I must contact the system
adminstor , it shows (memory protection fault ....) and
then immeditally restarts . I tried to re-install windows
avoiding pressing (r) for repair for the first time it
shows and then tried to repair in the next menu but it
didn't list my Windows in the menu for the Windows paths
to be repaired . I have my documents and desktop files
saved in that windows with user password protected and
that's why even if I install Windows in another partion I
won't be able to acess my files (it display : acess
denied) . I don't now what should I do , please advice
