Windows XP help and support

this page, from Mark Whalen dated october 23 0720 am,
titled help and support doesnt open. The kellys-korner
link did the trick!

I'm also having a problem with help and Support: I can
open a Help and Support window use the index to browse
information, however if I try to search more than once
the window locks up! My machine was reinstalled before
