windows xp log on password

I can't remember the password to log onto windows xp with
my user name. I changed it a few times and I know they
tell you to put in a clue but the clue is not coming up!

You can also try this:
At the login screen (Welcome Screen?) click Ctrl + Alt + Del quickly twice.
You should now be able to type "Administrator" under Username box and enter
password for Administrator account. You can try with blank password or any
other if you have set it.

There is a linux hack that you could download to crack
the admin password... you burn the files on cd and boot
from the disk and when you reboot the prog will remove
the password and leave it blank. At which point you
logon and set the new password the only catch is that you
have to be local to the machine.
