Windows XP Pro and Windows Server 2003 domain logins

After I join a Windows XP Pro computer to the domain, it
takes the computer about 3 minutes to get past
the "Applying your personal settings..." banner. A
Windows 2000 Pro computer only takes about 17 seconds to
start after login.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
