Windows XP restarting without warning!

The system reboots itself without even giving me a warning
message .. sometimes it complains that its the Mcafee
Firewall that I have installed and sometimes It complains
that its the ATI Graphics Driver.
Has anyone experienced this ..
Happens even when I am not connected to the internet ..
