Windows XP: Run DLL Problem. Missing File, Has me stumped.

Before I begin, be patient with me please. I recently had a closed head
injury that has created memory problems for me. Otherwise I wouldn't be
looking for help.

Here is the message I see upon booting up:
RUNDLL ERROR
Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
Specified Module Could Not be found.

I would consider it a very big favor for someone to run the easiest way of
repair (short of striping and formatting the C:\ drive) in this section, or
E-mail if you prefer.

newdotnet is spyware...

it isnt xp related .....

you need to run some cleaner app like pestpatrol to remove this.

i recently got a splinter in my finger and it bloody killed for age untill i
dug it out !

does this save me form being treated differently because i ahve told you
about it?

no it doesnt.....so dont tell us.

newdot is spyware embedded in other programs if you
downloand and run a spyware program it will remove it and
you won't get that message,
