My wife downloaded the above program onto our computer
about a week ago. Since that date we have not been able
to open any attachments to our e-mails. What happened -
what do we do to correct this.

windows xp service pack 1

I have a white box computer with a intel motherboad and a
1.8 gig chip. 512mb memory. It has windows xp pro
installed and each time I try to install service pack 1
the instal goes fine but the computer will not reboot
afterwards. It hangs and freezes up every time. I have
tried to install this 4 times and end up formating the
drive and reinstalling windows to correct the problem.
Help!

Windows XP Service Pack 1

I am trying to get this upgrade to windows xp downloaded
and it is taking forever. My system told me I needed
to "download crtitical upgrades". The wizard comes up and
went thru a long process, and I had to cancel one process
and restarted a few minutes later. My question is, when I
check on download progress off the link, it is showing 2
downloads of the same thing in progress. How do I get it
stopped or removed?
