how to make computer show a specific user name in the log
in field with related domain whenever computer is
swtiched on??

By default the last login name is shown. This can be disabled to leave none
at all in the username box.
I am not aware that you can choose to display a specific name in the login
dialog as opposed to the 2 options above.
