Hello again!
Can anyone help. I've just been told about winmx.com but when I looked at it
I saw it was a peer to peer sharing system (I think). Is this not what
people in England have just been sued for using. Wouldn't like to get in
trouble for not understanding what I'm doing. Thanks.

I see on a reply to someone elses question that winmx is completely free and
excellent. I am thinking of using this as I don't want to waste my cash
joining a music or movies site until I know what I'm doing and can make the
best choice for what I want. Is this site safe please? Thanks

WinMX is a P2P file sharing site. You take the risk of copyright infringement
by doing so you could be held liable. Reading comments/posts as far as
using this app, all are very positive, but.....................???
Morpheus currently has the largest nation-wide membership of over 8 million
members. It is also a P2P file sharing site, and if they enforce liability,
I don't think our jails are big enough to hold that many, nor our courts
able to
process them. Excessive downloads could make you a target, but.........???

Yes, you're *potentially* up for any investigations for using most P2P
software if connected with downloading material illegally.
