Winows Update location

Posted: 08-09-2004, 03:30 PM
I need to change the default location where Windows XP
stores the uninstall information for windows updates in
the registry. I know how to move the files and change the
location that I moved them to in the registry, but how do
I get them to have the uninstall files put on a different
partition by default?

I do not know of a way to do this. The uninstall data is put in the
WINDOWS folder by default.
