WinPE and Boot

Hi,
I am using winXP and I want that in the next boot I will boot into WinPE
(That located in the USB Key) instead of XP.
Changing from BIOS is not the option because I should do it from Windows.
In VISTA I used BCDEdit to change the boot sequence but it is not possible
in XP...
Any idea?
