Wintrim.exe how do I get rid of it

McAfee has it but it won't let me delete it. I have cleared all cookies(I
think) and cleared system restore. Its still there. How can I find it and
how do I get rid of it?
Thanks in advance,
Bill

FYI Bill,

Deleting any cookies you have will only affect the experience you have at
websites. It will not delete other files or free them up so an antivirus
program can remove them.

I used Trendmicro before but I didn't look for the specific name. The
instructions they give are for a program that is running but I finally found
it and deleted it. Thats what I get for downloading pictures of ABBA.
