winxp installation stop error

I bought a computer that was wiped clean and had no
operating system so I got win xp and when I go to install
it, it gets to where it is gonna initialize the setup and
then a blue page pops up saying it encountered an error
and windows will be shut down and it will not initialize
the setup. It gives me a code that should explain the
problem but I can't find anything about it on the support
pages. The code it gives me for the problem is 0x0000006f
(0xc0000020, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) I have
no idea what is wrong but I really wan to fix the problem
before christmas as this was supposed to be a present. If
anyone can help me, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!
