WinXP MCE new version released?

Hi, it's said that MS has released its MCE2004 version. If it's true,
where can I get this version? :roll:
And I'm told there is one kit called "MCE Partner Test Kit", which can
test compatibility of Media Center PC. Because my MC-PC often goes
into blue screen. :x I'm eager to find this software to test my PC.
