What program does it say that need to be ended? maybe
something like explore.exe or something? we need to know
the name of the program or we can't help.

It doesn't give a program name. The box that comes up
has a progress bar on it & it goes ahead & shuts down
without you doing anything

Have same problem recently.
I get 2 boxes - one is for "Explorer" and the second
says "connections tray".
Any ideas??
