WinXP SP2 Checked Debug

HI,
installing the Checked Debug version of WinXP SP2, (Kernel + HAL on a
release version), when the system starts in debug, it generate an error : "
the Ntfs.sys file is corrupted ".
No error when the system starts with the NODEBUG kernel+hal.
What can I try to do?
